Narrative, Constructive and Solution-Focused Therapies

The first book on solution-focused therapy was Insoo Kim Berg's Family Based Services , which was originally published by her own Brief Family Therapy Center Press, and in 1994 picked up by W.W. Norton, whose professional books division also published Michael White and David Epston's Narrative Means to Therapeutic Ends, which was originally a Dulwich Centre Publication titled Literate Means to Therapeutic Ends. Norton added to their list books by Steve de Shazer, Bill O'Hanlon, Yvonne Dolan, Stephen Gilligan, Michael Durrant, Gene Combs and Jill Freedman and more.
