For three days in April 2013 our web site was down, due to a server meltdown somewhere. Kudos to Karl, and in smaller part to our hosts for troubleshooting and reconstructing. Still, the pain of it all. We took our email another route, and that came back up much sooner. If you sent us a message Wed the 10th or Thurs 11th and it bounced, or you had no reply, please do re-send it. This *never* happens!
