There are times when we all need to be more assertive – whether at work, in our relationships or with people we don’t know. There are times when we need to be positive about ourselves and about others, to show respect for others by respecting ourselves.

Assertiveness Step by Step puts assertiveness in context and offers practical, thoroughly researched, tried and tested advice. Using clearly explained examples this book will support you in moving towards a more positive sense of who you are and help you to pursue what you want positively.
