This wise and accessible little book gets to the heart of how busy women can find a center of inner peace even when life is swirling like a cyclone around them. You will learn how to manage your energy, say no without feeling guilty, honor and respect yourself as a prerequisite for loving and caring for others, make peace with the past, welcome change, find your courage, be peaceful even in circumstances where happiness is not an option, manage your emotions, bury Superwoman and dance on her grave, banish the Drama Queen, live in the Now, follow your inner guidance—and be a beautiful mother, sister, aunt, daughter, lover, and friend—all by being your best, authentic self.
