Tom Strong, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor (tenure track) in the Graduate Counselling program at the University of Calgary. This year his new book: Furthering Talk: Advances in the Discursive Therapies (with D. Pare) is being published. He is interested in postmodern theory and practice in counseling, social constructionism and narrative and collaborative therapies. The discussion in this interview concerns his view of the meaning of ethics and how a social constructionist interpretation differs from traditional descriptions of ethics.
