AVB Press is the official publisher of the VB-MAPP by Mark L. Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA-D. The Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) is a widely used language and social skills assessment program for children with autism or other intellectual disabilities. They publish evidenced-based language assessment and intervention materials for persons with autism or other intellectual disabilities. Their publications are based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and B. F. Skinner’s (1957) analysis of Verbal Behavior (VB).
