How to be miserable

Randy Paterson Ph.D.
presented by College of Psychologists of New Brunswick

Crowne Plaza Fredericton - Lord Beaverbrook room, 659 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB, Junior Ballroom
6:30PM (room will be opened at 6 PM)

About the presentation: We often feel stuck in our lives, unable to feel better. But what if we wanted to feel worse? Suddenly we know what we would do. This tongue-in-cheek presentation suggests that examining our strategies for feeling worse can be helpful in identifying what we could be doing differently to feel better.

Conference in English with simultaneous translation

About the Presenter: Dr. Randy Paterson is a registered psychologist in British
