The Breastfeeding Atlas, 6th edition, has been substantially re-written to reflect the most current research and best, evidence-based clinical practices. It also reflects the practical experience of Barbara Wilson-Clay, and Kay Hoover, both Fellows of the International Lactation Consultant Association, who have each been assisting mothers and babies for 30 years. New photos have been added, as well as an entirely new chapter, Breastfeeding in Emergencies. A must-have text for students, candidates for the IBLCE exam, and practitioners working in maternal-child health fields. Spiral binding permits book to open flat for easy study. This book is a wonderful resource for clinicians of all skill levels. It would be an excellent resource for students and clinicians learning lactation for the first time and for clinicians preparing for certification or recertification in lactation. The book would also be an excellent resource for clinicians experienced in lactation, because it includes some of the most recent research and clinical innovations. —Journal of Midwifery & Women’s Health This product is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced for distribution in any manner without written permission from the authors.
