The Leadership Edge: Empower and engage employees for maximum performance

Facilitators: Susan Geary, PhD., and Anne Bulstrode, BBM., FICB.
presented by SickKids CCMH Learning Institute

This May 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2020 training will be offered as a live webinar series

This training is suitable for: All professionals looking to expand their management and leadership skills.

This workshop is presented in a very collaborative and interactive way, using case studies, personal examples, and discussion to bring material to life and make the experience and learning meaningful. Participants will create a shared vision and value for their team, as well as outline the process to relay that vision to employees. Focus will be given on how to effectively lead people through the change process, how to build high functioning teams, as well as how to engage employees to their full potential.

This is Learning Module 1 of the Management Certificate. This module may be taken separately from the certificate program as a stand-alone workshop.

Distance learning is now available

At SickKids CCMH Learning Institute, we are committed to advancing best practices through mental health training and education that is relevant and meets the needs of the community.

It is in that vein that we are pleased to announce that many of our trainings are NOW available via LIVE WEBINAR . As many of you continue to support those in our community via virtual platforms or the phone, we will strive to continue to support your professional development through distance learning.

During this transition, we ask for your patience as we make the switch to this alternative learning method for YOUR mental health training and education opportunities. We will continue to update our website and keep you informed of any changes. Further communication will be sent out directly to those registered in any training program with us between April 1 to July 31.
