Transdiagnostic Group Therapy Training and Implementation: The Take Control Course provides clinicians with a user-friendly roadmap for delivering brief, transdiagnostic group therapy that can be used for patients suffering from stress, depression, anxiety or any number of other disorders. This roadmap is supplemented by over an hour of training videos that visually demonstrate how to effectively implement therapy. Users will find information on the empirical research that has led to a greater emphasis on transdiagnostic treatment approaches and how to implement each phase of therapy. Clinical examples are also provided to make practical application easier.
