Exercises to help mental health practitioners at all levels of experience recognize gut feelings and produce deep therapeutic change.

This workbook companion to Clinical Intuition in Psychotherapy offers techniques to “awaken,” understand, and hone right-brain, embodied responses to psychotherapy practice. Exercises in breathing, mindfulness, meditation, play, and more help clinicians eliminate mental clutter and find their intuitive style. Client applications and two hours of MP3 audio included.
