Review Quotes:
"Seven Keys to Connection is a profound work integrating decades of personal growth work with extensive research of what Joy calls "The Great Disconnect." She shines light on the dysfunctional characteristics of our industrialized technological culture, one which greatly influences our collective tendency toward addictive behavior. Joy speaks vulnerably to her own transformative journey and invites the reader to experience self-love and compassion, while taking full responsibility for the lives we create.
This masterful work provides a road map with extensive tools and processes to lead us home to our true nature, free of guilt, shame and dysfunctional patterns. Our energy is then liberated to express our life purpose and contribute to the transformation of our culture. As free, integrated, and balanced human beings, we can steward the emergence of a soul-centric co- creative culture, one that empowers our uniqueness, honors the sacred and is deeply fulfilling." Katharine Roske The Co-Creator's Handbook 2.0

" Dr. Freeman integrates a vast collection of insights to give us a path toward healing the multilayered fragments we all grapple with in this massive, out-of-control technological civilization. Hers is a truly integrative mind." Chellis Glendinning Ph.D, Psychologist and author of My Name Is Chellis and I'm in Recovery from Western Civilization and other books

"Joy Freeman's book 7 Keys to Connection is a gem. The book is counter shaming in its down to earth out of the box approach. So many have been on a lifelong journey toward wholeness and connecting longing for a deep inner connection with self and ultimately a deeper connections with each other. 7 Keys to Connection will help you get there." Sheila Rubin, LMFT, RDT, BCT Co-Creator Healing Shame Workshops

"Joy is a compassionate teacher with an ability to break things down into simplified and organized steps. She has a nonjudgmental loving heart with a discerning intelligent brain to help people access their full potential. Her way of expressing makes complex psychological concepts easy to understand. Having experienced her work with Internal Family Systems therapy, (that she writes about in this book), along with her own intuitive guidance uncovered some powerful revelations that were not accessible prior to our work. I recommend Joy in all of her expressive therapies and compassionate guidance roles and I especially recommend reading this book." L.M.K., Founder of Zen Health

It will never cease to amaze me how in sync I am with your book. I find myself turning to it when a crisis appears. Each time I am led to the exact section I need in that moment and it is like every word on the page was written just for me and customized to meet my needs. Today I was led to the section on setting boundaries and being codependent. It was just what I needed to help me gain the strength to get genuinely excited about my new journey moving forward into the world. That coupled with some of your personal stories has me in total awe of the book in my life." --C.B., counseling client
