She raised two daughters, one a gastroenterologist, the other a United Methodist minister, and inspired her two granddaughters, one a medical student and the other planning to enter law school. Rebecca Branstetter, PhD, is a child and adolescent psychologist and school psychologist in the San Francisco Bay Area.
