About the Authors:

Nina Purewal has more than twelve years of corporate experience in marketing and sales, launching local and global advertising campaigns and working with major Canadian retailers. She has been studying mindfulness for twenty years and practising meditation for over a decade. Nina is the founder of Pure Minds, an organization that conducts public and corporate workshops on mindfulness and meditation.

Kate Petriw is the founder of Mind Matters, a Toronto-based organization that holds mental health workshops focused on reducing stress and negative thinking patterns and on inspiring happiness. Kate has been practising mindfulness and meditation for five years.
