She is currently an assistant professor in the Clinical Health Psychology Department at the University of Manitoba and works part-time with Child and Adolescent Psychology at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. Dr. Krista Baerg is a consultant pediatrician and associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to entering medicine, she completed a bachelor of science in nursing and worked as a nurse in northern Canada. Clinical interests include interdisciplinary collaboration, patient- and family-centered care and quality improvement. Dr. Teresa Paslawski is a faculty member in the Department of Communication Disorders in the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Alberta. She also teaches in the Master of Education: Health Sciences Education program at the U of A.
