This treatment program is the adolescent (ages 14-17) version of our popular “Coping Cat” program for younger children (ages 8-13). It is a 16-session individual cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) for anxious adolescents. Although the format of having a workbook and a manual for therapists is the same as our “Coping Cat” program, adjustments have been made in the content and the approach so that the program is suitable for the older adolescent population.

This manual for therapists describes the 16-session cognitive-behavioral treatment for older adolescents that are presented in the “C.A.T. Project Workbook”. Special attention is paid to the different issues that face anxious adolescents. --- from the publisher
