About the Author:
Ayan Mukherjee is a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist, with a practice in the Yonge & Eglinton area, and specializing in the treatment of trauma-based anxiety, low self-esteem, dissociative disorders and PTSD, in adults. He is also a co-founder of the Healing Therapy Alliance: an alliance of integrative, trauma-informed health practitioners in the Yonge & Eglinton area. Ayan is also an EMDR therapist and a member of EMDR Canada and EMDRIA.
He also moonlights as a mental health illustrator and is the owner of the Etsy store, Therapy Illustrated. He is passionate about taking complex concepts from the world of psychotherapy and making them visually accessible through his illustrations.
