Reviews:

“Highly recommended! Andrew Holecek offers readers a rare, semisecret pathway into the world of lucid dreaming. Grasp his hand through the dark descent from the white of normal thinking through the red of the throat, until you reach the blue of the true heart and its secrets.”
—Patricia Garfield, PhD, doctorate in clinical psychology from Temple University; author of the Los Angeles Times bestseller, Creative Dreaming, translated into seventeen languages; and cofounder of the International Association for the Study of Dreams

“Another brilliant addition to the lucid dreaming canon! This book actually feels more like a workshop than a book, as you are constantly being asked to reflect on your experience and to write notes as you go. A must-read for all who want to learn how to become lucid in their dreams!”
—Charlie Morley, lucid dreaming teacher, and author of Dreams of Awakening

The Lucid Dreaming Workbook provides a spirited collection of Eastern and Western lucid dreaming techniques, along with solid advice for those traveling the lucid dreaming path. If you are wishing to add some Eastern induction methods to your personal repertoire, then you should definitely take a look!”
—Robert Waggoner, author of Lucid Dreaming; and coauthor of Lucid Dreaming, Plain and Simple

“Andrew Holecek has written a comprehensive and amazingly interactive manual on how to lucid dream, as well as what to do once you get there. He seamlessly draws from his background in both science and mysticism, citing peer-reviewed journals, the Buddha, and everything in between.”
—Tucker Peck, PhD, clinical psychologist, sleep expert, and meditation teacher

“Andrew Holecek understands practice, and has applied his deep experience to forging a step-by-step path that leads from daily habit and ordinary attention to the magic of lucid dreaming. The easy exercises and clear explanations in this workbook will deepen and enrich the lucid dream adventures of beginners and adepts alike.”
—Jennifer Dumpert, author of Liminal Dreaming

“The Lucid Dreaming Workbook is not for armchair dreamers. No, this is serious nightstand material—the advanced lucid dreaming guide you have been longing for. Not only does Holecek integrate scientific and Eastern perspectives on lucidity with precision and clarity, but he drills into the conflicts that get in the way of a truly advanced lucid dreaming practice. Essential reading for all oneironauts.”
—Ryan Hurd, MA, lecturer of psychology at John F. Kennedy University, coeditor of Lucid Dreaming, and founder of www.dreamstudies.org
