This edited book advocates for embracing an Indigenous understanding of multi-dimensional balance toward decolonizing the predominantly bio-medically oriented mental health system. Indigenous and Western understandings of mental health and illness, what culturally appropriate and accessible services look like, and the need for relationship building are discussed. The book concludes with numerous perspectives from Indigenous people and their allies. About the Editors: Dr. John E.
