Barry M. Gregory, Ed.D, M.Ed, LMHC, continually travels from his Florida home for national one-day workshops and multi-day conferences, training more than 10,000 mental health clinicians over the last eight years. He is the clinical director at the Wellington Retreat in Florida and author of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Skills Workbook: Practical Exercises and Worksheets to Promote Change (PESI 2010). Barry is a licensed therapist providing substance abuse counseling, consultation and group CBT treatment for adolescents and young adults with co-occurring mental health and addictive disorders.

He has also served as the assistant director of an Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Office in Florida for over 10 years, as an undergraduate and graduate faculty member at several colleges and universities, authored the CBT Skills and the College Success Workbooks, served as a mobile assessor in the Access to Recovery (ATR) federal grant for the homeless, and served on state and local substance abuse prevention coalitions. Dr. Gregory was also the interim coordinator of a cutting edge trauma-focused substance abuse treatment program for male and female inmates, developing a recovery support plan for the transition back into the community.

Barry is well known for his warm, personal and nonjudgmental style with clients, and for his fun, interactive informative training seminars.
