MANDALYNTHS ARE MINDFULNESS ART TOOLS YOU TRACE WITH A STYLUS.
IT'S LIKE DOODLING.
TRACING CREATES FOCUS THAT HELPS CALM THE BRAIN AND RELAX THE BODY.

The Celtic Twists Mandalynth is an "open" design that has gentle, mesmerizing feel when traced. The pattern is created from a single, unbroken Celtic knot that has a rhythmic count of "And One, And Two, And Three, And Four". Counting this aloud or mentally will sync with the tracing to create a relaxed, calm focus.

The Celtic Twists Mandalynth helps manage stress, anxiety, and panic attacks and is also useful with forms of anger management. It measures 8" in diameter and comes with a stylus. Available in blue, and purple.
